Alexa researches global societal impacts of emerging technologies and worked on CSER’s Responsible Innovation and Extreme Technological Risk project. She is an anthropologist and scholar of science, technology and society studies (STS) with a research background in human rights, violence, and mass atrocity. She holds a PhD from Stanford University and an MA from the University of California, Berkeley.
