Yuval Noah Harari

Professor Yuval Noah Harari is a historian, philosopher, and the bestselling author of Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind, Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow and 21 Lessons for the 21st Century. He has produced two illustrated book series, bringing the ideas of Sapiens to a wider audience, including children. His books have sold 45 Million copies in 65 languages, and he is considered one of the world’s most influential public intellectuals.

Harari was born in Israel in 1976, earning his PhD from the University of Oxford in 2002. He is currently a lecturer at the Department of History, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
