Lord Martin Rees is one the UK’s foremost scientists and the co-founder of the Centre for the Study of Existential Risk, based in Cambridge. He is the Astronomer Royal. Lord Rees is the former President of the Royal Society and the former Master of Trinity College, Cambridge. We discussed the coronavirus pandemic, climate change, artificial intelligence, and his latest book, “On the Future: Prospects for Humanity”.
