Nicholas Evans works on issues related to biological risk, and on autonomous vehicles. He has a background in science and philosophy, receiving a PhD in philosophy from the Australian National University and a Masters in Medical Ethics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is visiting CSER to begin work on his second book, which will deal with the limits of scientific freedom.
